Cheap commissions !
amy-luna.deviantart.com/journa…Held at Antwerp Expo this week-end. I only went on Sunday the 24th. I'm a busy girl, yano.
My very first Flemish con. And I have to say, Flemish people, I love you !
Downside : Antwerp is so far away ._.
2 hours train. That's almost as far away as Paris. (but the train ticket is 5€ instead of 50€)
I went there with Kaf, who's crazy, really good at putting make up (... okay, that's a huge lie
), and really into cosplay. I met one of her friends, her sister and her mom. Yes, moms can be into anime and manga too. I didn't know that. Oba-san is pretty awesome too. Even a stranger in the train thought so, haha.
I also met Jo, who's really nice to talk with, even if she kills pink poneys ... Haha
After laughing at Kaf while she was trying to put make up on her eyes and after getting lost in Antwerp (looking for a tram which is actually a metro and then becomes a tram, ...), we arrived there !
It was indeed pretty small (which is perfectly normal, as it was the first Atsusacon), but we were surprised to see so many cosplays ! We found the dressing rooms and changed into our cosplays (Shiba Kuukaku again for me ; didn't have time to finish the other ones), and then, we were in for an afternoon of fun, picture, cosplay contest, and very bad Borat jokes, haha.
My feet were dead by the end of the day, and it hurt like a bitch to remove the tape from my arms. I was exhausted by the time I came home, but still on cloud nine.
Next time, I'll take my camera with me. I need derp derp pictures.
Can't wait to see you again, Atsusacon-people
Next con : Paris manga <3
With my Air Gear cosplay, hopefully ! And maybe Kuukaku again ... dunno, it's pretty hard to sit with that cosplay.
